Cool Springs House is a stunning historic Victorian farmhouse set in the Brentwood’s Crockett Park history preservation area

Venue Information

Cool Springs House was built in the 1830s, restored in 1974, and is now maintained as the perfect place for both intimate indoor weddings and large outdoor weddings of up to 250 people.

Estimated Costs

Rental fees for this picturesque country farmhouse are particularly affordable – starting at just $350 – $950 depending on the timing of your wedding. These prices include access to a Gentlemen’s Parlor with a private restroom, a spacious Bridal Suite Loft also with a private restroom, 50 white folding chairs, 7 large rectangle tables and 5 smaller rectangle tables. Outside catering & alcohol is allowed as long as the vendors are licensed and insured and drinks are served by an ABC licensed bartender.

You are also required to pay a cleaning fee of $200, but it still works out at an amazingly affordable price and is a beautiful venue for a relaxed southern wedding.

The Chapel Nashville

Despite the chapel’s relatively small size, it is one of the top wedding venues not only in Nashville but in the whole of Tennessee

Venue Information

The Chapel Nashville is the quintessential little white chapel and has featured in the filming of music videos, photoshoots, and weddings of performers like Sheryl Crow, Ben Folds, Johnny Cash, and Taylor Swift (the Speak Now music video).

The Chapel is a good option for both DIY and package-based weddings and can accommodate over 100 guests. The Chapel has been in business for 25 years and boasts ample parking.

Estimated Costs

A full day’s rental of 6 hours is priced at $1,800, which includes chairs and alter set up and is for ceremonies only, but you can add additional services, such as catering and celebrations at additional cost. According to their Wedding Spot listing, prices start at $3,937 for 50 guests.

Timothy Demonbreun House

This beautiful three-story historic mansion, built in 1902, is located in The Woodland-in-Waverly historic district

Venue Information

The Timothy Demonbreun House is an extremely romantic and elegant venue and is perfect for intimate weddings as it seats only 85 guests. They also offer overnight accommodations to you and your guests, so there is no need to worry about finding transport home after everyone’s had a little bit too much champagne!

Estimated Costs

Rental is $2000 for the entire evening on Fridays and $3000 for the entire evening on Saturdays, weekday prices are calculated based on wedding size and date availability. Venue fees include just about everything; all tables, chairs, linens, glassware, plates, flatware, flower vases, DJ laser light/sound systems, set-up and clean-up are included in the price.

This wedding venue is absolutely amazing value for money, and those rates may be even lower for a small party or on unpopular dates.

Buchanan Log House

If you’re looking for something a little different with a lot of the wedding held outdoors, consider this classic chestnut log house for your wedding venue

Venue Information

Built in 1807 and 1808, the Buchanan Log House is on the National Register of Historic Places so is filled with history.

While this venue won’t be everyone’s grand wedding venue, it’s beautiful in the heat of summer surrounded by the stars and string lights, friends and live music. The backyard accommodates up to 150 people so is great for relaxed, understated weddings. You can hold the ceremony in the house itself, but it is a much smaller space so would only be suitable for an intimate group of people.

Estimated Costs

The rental of this wedding venue is $800 during the week or $1000 at weekends, and the price includes a limited number of tables and chairs and the existing lighting.

Two Rivers Mansion

Situated between the Stones and Cumberland Rivers, this historic antebellum mansion was built in 1859 and renovated in 2012

Venue Information

Two Rivers Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is close to the city, has plenty of parking, and most importantly is inclusive of all couples.

Estimated Costs

Rental fees start at $2,700 for Saturdays, $2,000 for Sundays, and $1000 for Mondays to Thursdays. The price includes 6-hour use of the mansion and grounds (14 acres – lots of possibilities for your photos), set-up of tables and chairs inside the mansion, use of park benches in outdoor areas, dressing suite for the bridal party, free parking, and use of a catering kitchen with ice machine. It is also handicapped accessible and is air-conditioned and heated. You can even add 2 additional hours to your wedding celebrations for a fee of $200. Another major plus is the rental fee is a donation to their foundation, The Friends of Two Rivers, so it is 100% tax-deductible!

Historic Rock Mansion

Built in 1784, Historic Rock Castle is the oldest home in Middle Tennessee and sits beside Old Hickory Lake
